Machinery Preparation
All machinery is sourced and inspected personally by Dave Thomas before they are purchased as part exchanges against new machinery, or because a fabricator has ceased production. Dave Thomas started off in the industry as a service engineer before moving on to Area Sales Manager and eventually starting the business with his wife Jennie in 1990.
The machines are stripped down and painted at Haffner and all necessary parts are changed to ensure the customer receives a fully operational machine that is capable of doing the job intended.
A six month warranty is given with all machinery purchased in the UK and Ireland.
Engineers Report
Haffner engineers will test all machinery prior to installation to avoid the usual problems associated with used machinery.
Parts are replaced as needed to avoid both costly call backs and to avoid downtime at the customers premises.
Installation and Commissioning
Our Service Manager will liaise with the customer to ensure delivery times, tooling and appropriate air and electrical supplies are ready for the start of the installation.
Transport is arranged with the necessary off-loading equipment to ensure there are no complications on delivery.
Haffner engineers will commission the machines on the customers premises and give the necessary training to the operator of the machinery.

After Sales and Service
Haffner continue to look after you once the machine has been installed. A quick call to the Service Centre will ensure parts are dispatched as quickly as possible if a problem should arise.
