Innovation at Haffner

Machinery innovation starts at Haffner's manufacturing base in Istanbul. Haffner switched the manufacture of their machining centres, cnc corner cleaners and welding machines from Germany in 2012. This has helped to reduce labour and manufacturing costs without compromising on quality. Beckhoff  control systems, Hiwin bearings and Festo Pneumatics are the main components used in the  automated machines and they are arguably the best products in their field. Through pioneering technology, coupled with a complete understanding of the fabrication market, customers can view first hand the quality of engineering that goes into every machine. Furthermore all machinery parts are manufactured in-house, which ensures the machines are made to the highest possible specification, and not reliant on outside sources.

Murat are a Global machinery manufacturer supporting over 90 countries at present and growing. Murat manufacture their machines from a 25,000sqm factory in Istanbul with over 370 trained employees. They have a design team who are consistently updating machinery in order for their customers to benefit from better quality machinery with the latest software. A dedicated team of 12 engineers give free online support and are available out of office hours should the need arise.

Machine components are manufactured from 55 machining centres at present and this is all done in house to ensure quality components are fitted to every machine. 5 warehouses store 10 of each machine component to ensure that a breakdown can be attended to immediately. All parts are sent next day by DHL and a part ordered by 4-00pm can be at your premises by 12-00 midday if you so wish.
